Foo Dog Software was founded in 1999 by Kevin Olayan and Nelson Low. Both worked for a local consulting firm which specialized in business applications and systems integration. Originally, Shooting Star was written to help Kevin track his own eBay transactions. When the program was completed, they decided to market it and thus Foo Dog Software was born. What is a Foo Dog?
